You construct buildings on your land to increase your income, population, power and probe count. Each building does a specific job to help increase the size of your kingdom. Each buildings jobs are shown below:

Produces 100 power per hour and stores 500 power

Star Mine Produces 125 money per hour
Probe Factory
Produces probes, no limit.

Training Camp

Reduces the cost of training military by % * 2.5 (50% Max)
Example: If you had 500 land and 100 Training Camps your military would be 50% cheaper.

Tactical Ops Facility Lower Losses in Probe Operations by % * 8 (80% Max)
Increase Probe Effectiveness and Probing Success by % * 3 (90% Max)
Command Center Increase Offense by % * 2 (30% Max)
Lowers Attack Time by % * 2 (20% Max)
Hospitals Decrease Combat Losses by % * 4 (60% Max)
Increase Birth Rate by % * 10 (150% Max)
University Icreases SCI Effectiveness by % * 5 (100% Max)
Construction Yard Decrease building costs by % * 4 (80% Max)

To construct buildings you need free land and a small amount of money for each 1 land you build on. Once you start producting buildings the amount constructed will be spread out in a time of 16 hours. This means if you build 16 buildings then you will recive 1 each hour for 16 hours, then all the buildings will be complete. You can aslo use 'Accelerated Construction ' for an 8 hour construction time but double the price.
